Physicist by education, journalist by occupation

Hetq has been studying the new generation of cash registers for a few months and has applied to the State Revenue Committee for information in vain.

Hetq journalist, Diana Ghazaryan, say that this antagonistic noncompliance gives rise to suspicions that there might be corruption schemes. The journalist applied to the Prime Minister, then the Prime Minister’s letter was brought back to the SRC, and the SRC again refused to provide information, citing state and official secrets.

The media had exhausted all other sources of public information and applied to the court.

And the following day, the SRC changed its position.

“This is also a good precedent for other media outlets. State agencies cannot arbitrarily close off information that they themselves need to publish,” said Diana.

She also noticed that since the beginning of the year the publications of state procurement contracts have been dropped, which is a reason for concern.

The names of the 2019 winners of the Pulitzer Prize have been announced. The most respected American journalist award was received by almost all well-known editorial offices: The New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Reuters, and Associated Press.

Investigative journalism, explanatory journalism, breaking news, local news and more. The work done in each category can be a source of inspiration and ideas for journalists.
