In Armenia, not all online news outlets have people who can add visuals to articles.

Often journalists themselves select and edit the photo(s) accompanying their articles. 

Even when editors work with photos, all the same, often lacking are appropriate and influential photos and photo collages. 

First, in order to create them, one needs to be familiar with Photoshop tools. Second, Photoshop is not a free program — in order to use it legally you have to pay for it.
